Exchanges and returns
The company undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, which must be within the territory. To optimize delivery, we ask the customer to provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
The company will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
The company informs the customer that it is possible for the same order to be divided into several deliveries.
Free shipping applies to all products. (*)

DELIVERY TIME
We will ship your order via a transport company. Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to availability.
These delivery times are averages and therefore estimates. They may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, THE COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Each delivery is considered complete from the moment THE COMPANY makes the product available to the Customer
Shipping costs (including VAT) within the Iberian Peninsula are detailed below:
For deliveries to mainland Spain within standard time (7 business days) —– €9
For urgent deliveries to mainland Spain (24 working hours) ————€14
Finally, the rates for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are shown below:

The standard delivery time is 10 business days.
*These areas are outside the VAT application territory, so orders are invoiced without VAT.
*Instead, the customer will have to pay the corresponding local taxes on the invoice value at the destination:
-IGIC in the Canary Islands.
-IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla
*Likewise, import customs clearance fees will be paid by the customer at the destination, and export fees will be paid when the order is placed.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. Your order will then be available for pickup at the rates described above.
For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not send any orders to P.O. boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
DELIVERY DETAILS, UNMADE DELIVERIES AND LOSS
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to arrange a new delivery. As part of its courier delivery service, the company contracts a series of tracking actions to ensure successful delivery.
If delivery has not been arranged within 7 business days of the order being dispatched, the Customer must contact THE COMPANY. If the Customer fails to do so, after 10 business days from the order's dispatch date, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated handling fees.
If the reason for the failed delivery is a lost package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, our carriers' response times typically range from one to three weeks.
DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY
The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the item during transport. The customer must check the package's condition in the presence of the carrier delivering the product on behalf of the company, noting any anomalies detected in the packaging on the delivery note. If, after inspecting the product, the customer discovers any issues such as dents, breakage, signs of tampering, or any damage caused during shipping, they agree to notify the company via email as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after delivery. After this time, no claims for such issues will be accepted (only warranty claims for damaged parts).
SIZE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES
Size Change.
To exchange a size, you must send an email within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to the following address info@triumphmalaga.com spareparts@triumphmalaga.com with the following data that we indicate below:
- Name and surname
- NIF
- Contact phone number
- Article and reference
- Reason for return
- Collection address and exact collection time
- Delivery address
To be eligible for a size exchange request, the product must meet a series of requirements:
- The products must not have been used.
- Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.
- Products must be accompanied by the exchange and/or return form.
- Products must be sent with shipping prepaid, otherwise the packages will not be accepted.
- Once the product has been received, after checking it and if it shows no damage or deterioration, the payment made for the product will be refunded to the user.
Electrical components, all items expressly ordered for the customer, and original spare parts are non-refundable.
If you request an exchange for an item whose size is not available, you may choose a completely different item (paying any price difference beforehand).
Size exchanges can be made directly at our store located at Avenida Ortega y Gasset nº 118 in Málaga, or via return by parcel service. If handled by our company, the return shipping cost will be €6. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item, according to the indicated rates.
The item in the new size will not be shipped until we receive the first item. The new item will be shipped immediately as long as the product is in stock in our warehouses; otherwise, the delivery date will depend on the manufacturer's lead time.
Returns
If the customer wishes to return the clothing or accessories purchased online, they may do so within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items ordered specifically at the customer's request.
- Electrical items.
- Items without their original packaging or that have been used or modified.
- Original Replacement Part.
Requirements:
- The products must not have been used.
- Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.
- Products must be accompanied by the exchange and/or return form.
- Products must be sent with shipping prepaid, otherwise the packages will not be accepted.
- Once the product has been received, after checking it and if it shows no damage or deterioration, the payment made for the product will be refunded to the user.
- The company will not accept returns on products that have been handled by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those goods that are returned incomplete in both their main elements and accessories.
- The company will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned have been verified.
- The company will never be responsible for installation failures of appliances purchased in our store when it is not our company that carries it out.
The right of return applies only to the specified items (clothing and accessories) under the established conditions. It does not apply to motorcycles purchased at the Triumph Málaga dealership.
The package must be sent by the transport agency of the customer's choice with shipping prepaid, or if you prefer, we can send the agency to collect the package, deducting the return shipping cost, minimum amount of €6, this amount may vary depending on the package size.
Pricing policy
Sale prices may be modified without prior notice, and customers will be notified as soon as possible; however, commitments made to customers at the time of purchase will be honored.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and/or any other applicable taxes in territories belonging to the European Union. For countries outside the European Union, as well as for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the prices shown do not include VAT or the corresponding tax. However, the prices shown on the website do not include shipping costs, which may apply depending on the shipping method selected for receiving the product.
RETURNS FROM THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
These returns are subject to customs procedures, both for export and import.
The customer must send the merchandise freight prepaid and correctly declared.
Any expenses arising from customs or local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Returns sent collect or those arriving without the corresponding customs documentation will not be accepted.
If the customer does not collect the package and it has been returned, the customer will have to pay all expenses.
